How can I rent construction equipment online from Vanguard Rentals LLC
Renting construction equipment online from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our inventory of construction equipment. Once you’ve selected the equipment you need for your project, submit a rental request and pay online at booking. We’ll work with you to confirm all of the details by phone inlcuding exact delivery times, project details, and delivery fees (if any apply to your delivery location) 24-48 hours before the rental date booked. After we’ve agreed on the details, we’ll arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your project site. When your rental period is complete, we’ll coordinate the equipment’s pick-up. It’s a convenient way to access the machinery you need for your construction projects.
In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue and its cause, we’ll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.
Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your construction project takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it’s a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that construction schedules can change, and we’re here to support your project’s evolving needs.
We do not currently rent dumpsters but we have a trusted partner who does! If you need a dumpster for your job contact dumpsterdaddyal.com for exceptional service.
Customers may pick up equipment if they have the following: A 3/4 ton truck, appropriately sized trailer, chains and chain binders. If not, everything else that is booked through our website is for delivery only. You will enter your delivery address during the checkout process online, then one of our representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours before the rental date booked to schedule these specific times.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to addresses between Hanceville, AL and Morris, AL along I65. Any delivery addresses outside of this range with be charged at $4 per mile for delivery. After your rental is booked online, one of our representatives will reach out to schedule your exact delivery time 24-48 hours before the rental date booked. At this time, delivery costs can be calculated for and invoiced if your order happens to have delivery fees!

Time used on the equipment is allowed up to 8 hours of work per day. Any time over this amount in one day will be charged additional fees custom to each specific item rented. There is an overage charge of 1/8th the single day rate per additional hour of each item. When we pick up the rented item, the additional hours will be charged. If you do not use all 8 of your hours on your reservation day there is no refunds on those hours.

We do accept cash or check. Please review the availability of the item you are wanting to rent for your specific days you are needing on our website. For cash/check rentals, we ask that you call us at (256) 615-1029 to arrange booking and payment details. There is a security deposit of $100 if you are paying cash or check.

There is an overage charge of 1/8th the single day rate per additional hour. Upon pickup the additional hours will be charged.

Machines need to be filled back up with diesel or customers need to call (256) 615-1029 to arrange fuel payments.
At this time we do not rent equipment trailers or chains.
